Welcome to our Burgundy Wild Series. Barrel aged with love for two years in French oak. The barrels for these series belonged to a famous winegrower from Beaune, France. This specific barrel was used for
Pinot-Noir grapes from Pommard – Les Rugiens, a small vineyard of only 0.32 ha(!). You can expect notes of Champagne, raspberry, oak and marmalade. Also you will find some left over tannins and enjoyable complex aromas.
